I only applied to 4 schools (because I have a family, and my husband has a good job so its not like we can pick up and move across the country).

Well... I am beginning to panic! I guess there were 5 possible schools for me, but I didn't apply to UPenn because my stats clearly aren't there (especially with my GPA and RC)

I haven't heard anything from any school... only UMDNJ and Columbia have cashed my checks... Temple and NYU both say they haven't received/processed them yet... even though they were mailed almost 3 weeks ago (but apparently this is normal). As of Tuesday NYU is still waiting to process my LOR too (which was sent over 4 weeks ago). I keep wanting to call NYU and see if they got my LOR... but I am trying to keep it to once a week

I called Columbia on Wed. and they said that my file was complete and being reviewed as we speak (EECK!) but yet I have heard nothing.... (better than rejection, so thats ok)

UMDNJ wont even tell me if my file is complete, but atleast they cashed my check... (I am legacy there, and in-state)

I am just freaking out. SIGH! I just really want an interview so i have some hope to cling to!

I think you may get interviews from all the schools and , especially , from your state school.

I don't want to apply to that many schools either...so I will know what you feel like. It is like an all or nothing...in a way. sort of a useless post, I know.

submitted in june... but only took my DAT on July 30th... then sent out the checks (just wanted to make sure i didnt bomb and waste more money) but turns out that was a bad idea cause its taking forever for the checks to be processed!!!

When did Nj cash your check? Because they took like 2 weeks to cash my check and then 3 weeks after they cashed my check, I got a letter in the mail for my interview.

They cashed my check on Aug 10th... I am just nervous that all their spots before Dec 1 are going to fill up. 😱

Don't worry. Maybe you'll get something next week. I got my letter last wednesday I think and my interview is Sep 26.
