OAT is coming very soon (5 days). I have studied biology/physics/math extensively but I have yet to review O Chem and Gen Chem... I've already reschedule my OAT once...

I need your advice! Should I bite the bullet and take the test on jan 22 and try n cram O chem and Gen Chem? (If I have to retake the OAT, I still have some time for some of the newer schools im looking to get into) or should I reschedule my test date (probably sometime in feb) and have a month to finish up reviewing O chem and gen chem?

Bad thing is: Schools starting so I have classes to worry about (midterms, etc...), I also work 3 days a week --> tuition needs to be paid 🙁

I've never procrastinated so bad in my life, I feel so unprepared and very much ashamed at my situation im in 🙁.

So you have already learned all of GChem and OChem, correct? And all you have left to do is review/run through those two subjects one more time?

If you've already learned both subjects and just need a refresher, then see if you can do a quick run through of both subjects in ONE day. The next day, take an OAT Achiever or Topscore test to see where you stand. Just know that the Achiever is A LOT HARDER than the actual OAT (you can search on SDN to see how people did on the achiever compared to the actual OAT). If you feel ok about your practice test scores, then just power through and take the test on Jan 22. If not, then you can reschedule. Just make sure that your testing center has dates available in February.

Granted, I don't know what/how you prepared for this test. In my opinion, I didn't think the OAT was as hard as people make it out to be.

Good luck!
