My school is just now sending out financial aid packages for incoming med students starting class on September 2nd. I am wondering what exactly is involved in getting a loan together as far a paperwork is concerned. Three weeks doesn't seem like a lot of time to put these things together. Here's what I know I've done so far:
FAFSA
my school's own fin. aid forms
credit report
master promisary note signed
But I still haven't even seem my package yet, so I don't know how much I will need to borrow. What's left to be done before I see the money? I suppose it's likely that my parents will need to help make my first bill until the loans kick in, right?
