Paranasal Sinuses - 2 Questions

As far as i know the sphenodial air sinuses are paired- with a left and right side. They lie in the body of the sphenoid bone and separated by a septum. They are unequal in size though.
I think the answer could be ethmoidal sinuses. they are not paired sinuses but group of sinuses...(anterior, middle and posterior groups)
correct me if i'm wrong..
 
The maxillary sinus is the largest sinus.
Also, the sphenoidal sinuses are paired. They are rarely ever the same size and it may appear that it is unpaired.
I just checked the latest edition of gray's anatomy and it said the same thing. Check Chapter 32 of the 39th edition. The big blue one. 🙂
 
Yup, they're not paired because theres like a million of them. Actually, they range anywhere from 3 to 18. 😀
