I've noticed that several OPs went back to delete their posts by overwriting with a little "."
I just want folks to know that if they don't want to post under their username, people can always PM me, and I'm assuming the Derm mods, and ask that we post their questions.
That way, your question or situation appears under our names, not yours.
When I've posted PMs, I've also taken pains to remove identifying details irrelevant to the main point of the discussion, to help guard people's privacy.
