During which months do residency interviews usually take place (i.e. earliest and latest dates for interviews)?

I mean those residencies that participate in the regular match (like IM, FM, etc), not those that have an "early match".

I had an interview in late September, so interviews can be as early as that month. The latest interviews will go to is February, although usually interviews end some time in January.

"Hottest" month is November; with the range (as noted) from September to February. Vast majority of programs do not interview during:

September through early October
last two weeks of December
February
