Part 2 cancelled?

anyone know why ADA cancelled part 2 til after the 29th???? a bunch of us was going to take it this week (me included)...but now we all have to reschedule...any idea why?

i think you're ok then... they cancelled all test til after Jan 29th. don't know why... you should call ADA and find out for us Yah E.

dang it, i'm annoyed, this weekend is the last week for us to have a shot at retaking (for fear of failing the first time) and still graduate on time...which is only important b/c I MUST MUST MUST graduate to start residency!

school policy to take part 2 to gradute... need 90 days in b/n for retake... so now i have to pass the first time, or i won't graduate in may... 🙁

don't stress too much, you have to be a complete ***** to not pass part II. In fact, you probably shouldn't be allowed to be a dentist if you DON"T pass part II 😛

u guys think the reason ADA cancelled is cuz they are completely changing the questions on part2?
i mean very different from previous few years of questions(such as NEW concepts etc)?

Yeah, I was pissed when they cancelled my testing session without any notice! I thought is was just an anomaly. Why would they have to stop everyone from taking it if they were making changes?

my wild guess is that maybe someone stole the test and ada found out. so they are trying to change question types? maybe...

I understand you don't you have to pass each section to pass part II...you just neeed to get a cumulative passing score among all sections (which ends up being about 55% raw of the total questions you must get right to pass).

That sucks for you guys. You're cutting it close! I should be getting my scores back any day.....here's hoping I pass. I'd also like to graduate in the spring! 🙂 Although I have to admit my time is generally taken up currently by stressing about WREB.
