1) How many of you attendings are able to get compensated for Part A?
2) In negotiations, how do you determine how much Part A is reasonable?

My group is looking to aggressively seek Part A compensation (something that, in the past, we have been unable to get).
A related question pertains to medical director fees--do you all get them? And how do you know what's a fair figure?
