Infection with Histoplasma Capsulatum in normal,healthy individuals is usually a👎:
a.dermatomycosis
b.opportunistic infection
c.rapidly spreading disease
d.self-limiting disease
e.disease localized in the blood
 
I think the ans is : opportunistic infection. correct me if I am wrong.

it is a systemic disease, so it is not correct, it may be c or d I am not sure that is why I am asking for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think d is the right answer. Infection is most often (95%) inapparent, subclinical, or self-resolving pneumonia, depending on the health, lung structure, and immune system of the host AND the dose of the inoculum

The infection caused by the dimorphic fungi Histoplasma capsulatum is called " Fungus Flu".
It is found in soil (dust) enriched with bird or bat feces.The disease predominant in Eastern Great Lakes,OHio,Mississippi and Missouri river beds.It is asymptomatic or acute (but self resolving) pneumonia with flu like symptoms.Very common in summer in the endemic areas:80% of adults are skin test positive in some areas.
