drexel and medex/u. wa offer 3 yr part time programs. there are probably others. the structure is part time year 1 and 2 then a full time 3rd clinical yr.
Arcadia (near philly) also has a three year program, similar structure to the others. I think nearly all the 3 year programs have a full time clinical year.

University Of Detroit Mercy has a 3 year program. First 2 years split up and then a full year of clinical work. This is a very highly thought of program, but of coarse is also very expensive. I would definitely look into this program.
