Are there any schools that offer part-time programs?

You could just take 12 hours per semester and still be full-time. The only problem with that is you wouldn't be considered full time if you fail a class. You need to be full time if you want the loans. I'm not sure how the COP would deal with a part-time student who's suppose to be full-time.
