oat cell carcinoma is not common as squamous cell carcinoma.
necrotic lesion is diabetics caused by candida.correct me if iam wrong
 
mucormycosis caused by mucor fungi causes necrotic lesions in diabetics..check kaplan review and old q papers.

Ya i think, mucormycosis is rt ans as candida causes opportunistic infections and necrotic lesions caused by mucor fungus,

T1 produces interferon-gamma and interleukin 12
T2 produces interleukin 4, 5, 13
