Can anyone help me out regarding part2 preparation time?
How long it will take to prepare part2 just to clear it?
I really need advice, please help me out😕

MOsbys, dental decks and the released papers should be sufficient for part 2 i believe ! Inputs and suggestions are always welcome as to what all to study in order to ace the test in short time !

I studied kaplan,decks question papers and I have a CD which has many text books like dental secrets.So wherever I needed little more info I reffered these books.Hope this helps.

yupp kaplans , first aid and mosby are some books for part 2....
kaplans q bank is just like part one q bank...but wat i have heard is kaplans is gud for part 1 while mosby is gud for part 2... and yupp i have seen kaplans and mosby but i think mosby is gud enough.....!!!!

Yes there are Kaplan Lecture notes for part 2 as well.. like they have it for part 1..and recent most edition is 2009-2010. I have purchased my book and waiting for it to come..so once i get it.. i will be able to write more about how it is..

I have not bought mosby yet..thinking of getting it at a later stage when i am comfortable with the subjects and part 2 subjects dnt sound that alien to me..

my rusting is deep imbedded... is more than 10yrs old need a hard scrub...lol!

i did my part 2 in nov 09 & got 75. i only studied for a month working a full time & a part time job. just studied the decks & old question papers. i found the ethics part tough in the test as i didn't study that in detail & i had plenty of q's from that.

Wow! nbdepart1, that's awesome that you got that score with a full time and part time job! i have a full time job and i can't seem to find the time. How many hours a day did you study?

i would say an average of 5 hrs a day during weekdays & more during weekends depending on my work schedule
