I would like to run a quick question by you guys. I have been doing some reading on meniscus root tears, but I notice that most of the published literature out there specifically covers total meniscus root avulsions, and there isn't much out there on partial root avulsions. I recall reading an article published by LaPrade in (I think) 2015 where he suggested treating partial root tears exclusively with partial meniscectomy or conservative non-surgical management. Just out of curiosity, is there a consensus regarding the "standard of care" for treating partial root tears? Also, would these be classified as a type of radial tear?

Thanks...
