We have a rare opening in our anesthesia group located in the SW suburbs of Chicago. Practice at one community hospital and one surgery center. Cases include general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gyn, vascular, thoracic, cardiac ablations, GI, OB, and minimal healthy peds; no neuro or trauma. Possible opportunity to do hearts if interested. Mostly doing own cases with infrequent CRNA supervision. Strong regional skills preferred. Very egalitarian group, pleasant working environment, good relationship with administration. Group members serve on multiple committees throughout the organization. Great work-life balance. Great benefits. Two years to partnership, possibly one to the right candidate. Extremely low group turnover. First call (in-house) Q15, second call Q15. Post first call day off.
