Hey, sorry for the technicality, but are the aplastic crises/effects associated with erythrovirus (parvovirus B19) purely RBC-related or are any other types of cells decreased as well?

I had had the impression that the virus entered erythrocyte precursors (i.e. RBCs), but I just want to clarify and make sure I'm not missing anything here.

Cheers,

According to UpToDate, the transient aplastic crisis is most commonly isolated to RBCs. Rarely it can include WBCs and platelets.
