PAs go through a rigorous 2-2.5 years of school after their undergrad (usually), it's less, but it's no cake walk. Yes, PAs make a comfortable living and are respected in the medical community. I believe their salaries range from 80k-120k a year on average. Some places can be more, some places can be less. For all other questions ask a PA.
