Is there a list available anywhere that lists which medical schools in Texas are pass/fail? Or would I have to look them all up individually?

Admit.org is a decent place to start. It's not perfect but it works.

The best resource is the school websites.
You will know the information is current and it will give you something constructive to do for yourself while you wait to hear about interviews.
Even faster, if you have access to the MSAR is to look at the Education and research section for each school. It will state the grading system/assessments and other things
