Hello. Currently a junior and the only prerequisite left is biochemistry which I'm taking. However, it is not looking great, so should I just pass/fail this class instead of receiving a grade? From my knowledge only one semester of biochemistry is needed, but I'm not sure how the pass/fail of a prereq will look.

Hey,
Biochem is not a pre-req for every med school. If you are serious about this, buy a copy of the MSAR and see which schools require it. P/F is not looked upon favorably, but you could retake it and get an A.

Good luck 🙂

Depends on what “not looking great means.”

C or better? Let it be

Below that? Take the pass and try enrolling in next level of biochem for a letter grade
