Pass/Fail Question

Our school is likely giving us the pass/fail option. I am considering it for some of my non-preq major related science classes because I got laid off two of my work-study jobs and really need to find a full-time job to pay bills. Bad idea?

Yeah, surprisingly I have an interview at a local daycare and a hospital by my campus. I'm from Minnesota too.
