PASS questions? please help!

Hey guys
So where does shadowing fall under in PASS? And things like international mission trips or domestic trips- would they count as public health or practicing dentistry???

Shadowing: Extracurricular activities.
Mission trips: EC or relevant work experience. It doesn't matter where you put it.
