I am writing this to give hope to the people who ran out of time on the NAPLEX and did not answer all the questions. I answered only 171/185 and still managed to pass! I also made numerous careless mistakes by not carefully reading the question. I guessed on so many questions that I honestly thought I had failed. My hands were shaking and I was sweating bullets because I was around question 125-130 with about 10 minutes left and I knew I was not going to finish. I knew there was a certain # of questions that had to be answered in order to receive a score but at that time didn't know the exact # (it's 162). I also did not know that there was a penalty for the # of questions that are left unanswered. I rushed to get through as many questions as I could within those 10 minutes and time ran out when I was on question 172. Felt terrible for the past few days and was just down right miserable and depressed. Got my score today and passed by a decent margin so if a similar situation happens to you do not lose hope and know that it is still possible to pass!

So I am in the same boat. I feel like I did good on calculations but that is what slowwwwed me down and I ran out of time. I was at 142 with 31 minutes left and from there I started to just answer as quickly as possible. I know of many that I missed because I went back to check after the test ( I know probably the worst thing ever). But I am not even sure what number I did get to because it automatically kicked me out to the survey screen. So with that being said, do you feel like you nailed the rest of the exam? or do you think there's a chance for me to pass. I took it Wednesday and since they do not process over the weekend, I will be waiting until at least Monday.

I definitely did not "nail" the rest of the exam because I was guessing on majority of the questions. The only ones I felt confident on were the calculations so that might have boosted by score to passing. Even on calculations I missed 2 easy ones because I forgot one formula. You have a chance at passing as long as you answered at least 162

I'm literally in the same position right now except i dont know what my score is yet. I was around 120ish with literally no time left....rushed and answered as many as I could (guessed on most of course...barely even read half of the questions because i was trying to finish)...got to 183. FREAKING OUT. Had to reschedule the MPJE for next week because I can't even focus on studying for it until i find out how i did.
