PAT-Cube counting Question

Hi guys

I have a question on a problem for cube counting that I attached. Would the cube where the arrow I pointed to, count as a cube or not? Bc I understand that there would be no middle cube because the first tower is blocking it but what about the cube with the arrow. The lady on CDP said it does but what would show if there wasnt a cube there?

It wouldn't show anything I don't believe. I think in order for you to not count that cube another tower would have to be blocking it just like the middle cube.
