Did anyone find it best to set up that chart that and keep a tally of the each of the cubes?

Also, for TFE, did the counting the lines method help narrow down well for ppl? On Kaplan's stuff, you really can't narrow any down that way and if you do, only one is out, making you have to really visualize the shape which may take some time... Thanks all

for cube counting... just make a chart 1-5 and tally up the numbers. Sometimes you might need the 0. This worked best for me and it's very fast to do. It's also easy to count up the total number of cubes and match it with what you have from the tally. I always get 15/15 on this and everyone should as I think this is the easiest section on PAT.

Yes, counting lines does work on the real DAT. usu you can eliminate 1 or two. The thing about Kaplan is that they specifically teach you this technique so I guess they try to make it a little harder, although most of their shapes are very obvious.
