PAT hole punch question: half holes & inner fold

So I've been doing some practicing questions on random websites. For those who've taken the test, are there HALF HOLE questions and INNER fold (where they fold the paper UNDER). 🙁 🙁 help!

I took the test yesterday and all of the whole punch folds except for 1 were in Crack DAT PAT. The 1 that wasn't was easy to figure out by just looking at the answers and seeing the possible choices. Hope this helps.

Aren't all folds supposed to be out of the page? I don't believe there should be any inner folds on the real DAT. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The instructions for the DAT say the folds are out of the page...I never saw any half hole questions or inner fold questions.
