PAT Hole Punching - How Many Folds?

For PAT Hole-Punching questions, how many folds each question is going to have? 3 folds or 4 folds? or even more?

On my DAT I had mostly 3 folds, but two or three of the problems were 4 folds. They resembled problems I encountered on PATBooster, if that serves as any reassurance at all.
