Hi,
I'm going to do my test in three weeks. I'm almost ready for all sections except PAT. My score always is 16-17, and I do worst on KEY HOLE and TOP FRONT. Any suggestion to prove it in a short time?

dat bootcamp generators to build your skills. im my humble opinion, you will need a little more time than three weeks. i think pat is all about comfortability and that comes through a lot of practice. I used dat bootcamp and crack dat pat and took a total of 32 pat exams before the real thing. this was probably overkill but by doing pat that many times it made the real thing relatively stress free. I dont regret the extra time i spent on pat or pushing my exam back 2 weeks

I do generators and do well, but on practice test, I do wrong. I don't know what is wrong......

With OP having 3 weeks left to prepare for the DAT and this pertaining to Bootcamp, I believe it would be best for OP to contact Ari via a personal message on SDN or even through bootcamp itself.

I think Ari can guide him in the right direction. Ari is very professional and has excellent customer service skills.

how about you try different websites, DAT Genius has pat generator as well, or so I heard.
and also you can take PAT tests on Qvault, also crack the dat has a tutorial for each question on the PAT section if you buy the upgraded one.
So don't limit yourself to one website.
Remember.

I think you feel stressed under timed condition. I would go to busy places, and do the test.
Why?
You most probably will do worse in busy places, but that will take the edge off. I mean you'll get used to different stressful conditions, that when test days come, you'll be more relaxed and focused, and this apply not only on PAT, but for all sections.

The reason you are doing worse in tests than generators are :
1) you need more practice!
2) you are stressed out when you take the test, there is this fair, because you know it's a real test not a practice one, and you think it's a indicator on how you would do on the real test, so you push yourself harder and in doing so, your nerves get the best of you.

Carefully review your DAT bootcamp practice tests, especially the questions you got wrong or were unsure of. Then practice on the generators, and try another new practice test. After some time has passed (weeks/months) redo your practice tests. This is the strategy I used to score a 28PAT. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
