So I spent a really long time studying for the DAT and applying for schools (plus the busyness of school and things). So like a lot of people here I was busy for a really long time. Well I like to doodle and draw, and while I say I'm not horrible, I'm not the greatest. After the DAT I decided to dust off the ole sketchbook and start drawing again, and WOW have I improved. It may have been due to the break but I'm pretty inclined to say that the PAT has improved my artistic abilities. The keyhole section has really honed my attention to detail (such as lengths). I just wanted to throw this observation out and see if anyone else had similar experiences or encourage you guys to try your artistic abilities!

Art is NOTHING like PAT.

I've had plenty of my paintings, drawings, and photographs exhibited at local to state level. Unless you're doing architecture, PAT is nothing, absolutely nothing like art.
