I'm debating on whether or not I should get CDP. I just took my first PAT bootcamp test and got an 18. This is with about 1-2 practice runs on the angle ranking generator and pattern folding generator.

My test is about 3 weeks away. Should I continue with Bootcamp PAT or invest in CDP's PAT? I want to get at least a 20+.

I don't think you are gonna get anything else out of CDP if you already have bootcamp. Just try all 10 bootcamp PAT tests and if you still don't feel like you are doing well, then you can practice more with CDP.

And don't forget that Bootcamp is certainly a little tougher than the real thing. With the 10 tests and the generators, it really should be just about enough (and you can always supplement that with the 2007 and 2009 ADA tests) 👍

I'm still averaging a 17 on bootcamp PAT and im on the 6th test 🙁. I always run out of time. Any recommendations?

I just took my 4th PAT test on Bootcamp and I've been getting 19s for the last 3 tests.. so that's not really helping my confidence so much 🙁

CDP is way easier than bootcamp... I averaged a 23 on CDP and 19 on bootcamp. I would stick with bootcamp and do all 10 exams.

Do you think it'd be a good idea to invest in CDP and practice before doing the other 4 exams? I need more practice with keyholes and TFE and I don't want to waste the last 4 tests.

In all honesty, if you are running out of time it means that you are not fast enough at completing the questions. My advice would be to spend at least 1-2 hours a day practicing with the generators provided with DAT Bootcamp. The more you practice, the quicker you will become. CDP is a good program, but your better off with Bootcamp since it is more representative of the DAT and also because it comes with the unlimited problem generators. CDP gives you 10 tests with 2500 Angle Ranking, 4500 Cube Counting, and 2500 Hole Punching.
