PAT on DAT AA?

I know this may sound dumb, but recently I've been told that the PAT score doesn't affect your AA score. It's looked at separately. I didn't believe it, but when I tried googling if this is true I couldn't find anything that supports/denies this statement. Can anyone tell me if they know?

Yes, AA includes everything except PAT

Academic Average (AA) is OC, BIO, GC, QR, RC.

Total Science (TS) is OC, BIO, GC.

PAT is a solo and completely separate score.

Total Science (TS) is OC, BIO, GC, QR.

PAT is a solo and completely separate score.

QR is not included in TS.

Taken straight from my score sheet:
"The Academic Average is the average of five scores rounded to the nearest whole number: Quantitative Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Biology, General Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry.

The Total Science score is a standard score based on all 100 questions in the Biology, General Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry tests. It is not the average of the three science standard scores."
