Hey everyone,

I have been using CDP to prepare for the PAT section on the DAT. I keep getting around a 19 timed and with only less than 3 weeks until my test I am starting to get nervous... I am reading other people's posts about how CDP is easier than the real DAT with respect to TFE and keyholes especially, and the format is different. To better prepare for the level of difficulty I may see on the test would you recommend Achiever or Top Score? Thanks for the advice.

I was confused about DAT prep since i am a foreign trained dentist. NYU made it eligibility for us too. I am so much thankful that i m telling about it to all
I found a very good online tutor .....her teaching is very good plus she send assignments to practice every day ....that kept me on track ..
also i m foreign dentist so i did not know what books to follow .....believe me i got no books at all and i did not have to do anything other than the course ....just 1 month and i was done and luckily i scored very well
u can also contact the same tutor for help.....i dont think they have any webpage or something i was referred by a friend who also took the course.... but i do have email ...it is [email protected]
What all resources u guys have written I dont even know about these .....the course really saved me ...such a relief

I truly believe three weeks is a lot of time to improve your PAT score if you do a test everyday. I just took the DAT last week and was worried about PAT since I was getting 18-21 on CDP. Some questions on the DAT were really hard but others were super easy. I ended up getting a 20 on the real thing so please don't be discouraged by your scores. Keep redoing old CDP tests! Also, it might be helpful to see if you are having trouble with one particular section of PAT. If so, we can help give you tips!
