I understand its either C or D. And I was correct in choosing C.

However, how would D possibly be wrong from what we are given?
I feel like it can also technically be correct, since we don't know the diff. in height of the split pillar.

If you carefully look at the end view you'll see that the bottom rectangle isn't that far from the edge. It's really sneaky but theres definitely a slight difference.
