i would also agree with C, if you look at the top of the end view diagram, the slope goes up makes an edge, goes horizontal and then goes down. when you look at it from the top view that makes a square. hope that helps, no other way to explain it.
I dont know , to me the answer looks like A. If you look at c , you see the two bars being crossed. But according to the end and front views , they really dont cross each other. More like ..lie on top of each other ?

well the way i think of it, anytime theres an edge or a change in the surface, a line is created. pretend looking at the top of a trapizoid, you'll see 3 squares, top of a pyramid you will see a box with an X.

Hey guys... I'm seeing some confusion among you all, but it's not difficult to tell that the answer is C. I happened to be getting some help on my maths from the author of DAT Achiever the other day and did bring up this question to him at the same time by sending him the above link (although I well knew that this question came from some other practice guide). I believe this thread clearly shows the utmost importance of having complete/versatile 3D explanation to help us visualize certain crucial things not easily pictured in our own mindset. DAT Achiever is truly the best PAT guide I ever found,... and if sharpening your perceptual skills is a real concern at this point, go get it now... PAT's not something that can adequately/easily be explained using words and mouth alone. 🙂
