i was just doing some practice questions from kaplan for PAT, and it was pretty hard to tell what was a solid line or dotted line (esp when there were so many lines next to each other). is the quality of the images clear or not that clear/fuzzy/hard to see on the actual DAT?

thanks

Quality on the real pat on real DAT is really good you CAN differentiate b/w straight line and dotted line.

I haven't taken it but I remember reading an older post where someone asked whether topscore's "poorly drawn" (they really are, lol) keyholes/patterns/etc will be that bad on the real thing. One response was that they weren't and that they were actually very clear.

I'll try to find it

Look at the sample test offered by the ADA and that is the quality you will get.
