Does anyone have any pointers or helpful tips on how to be more accurate with TFE on the perceptual section? I try counting lines but can't seem to score above 60%

Also, does anyone know any links to a site or videos that can teach me how to better solve trig identity problems? I haven't taken trig in about 5 years and am having trouble teaching myself..

DON'T count lines. Apparently the DAT made it so this method doesn't work anymore. There's videos on youtube for TFE.

Also, I'm sure Khan Academy has trig videos and you can google trig problems

Ha, no wonder that's not working for me lol thanks!

For TFE, what I did that I thought was useful for eliminating wrong answers was count the number of dashed/solid lines that you'd expect and their proximity to each other.

I agree with not relying on counting lines, there weren't many questions on the real DAT where you could utilize that method. The best thing to do is just practice like crazy until you start seeing it mentally-->achiever helped me with this because it had examples that were immune to line counting.

For trig: chads vids helped out and had all the knowledge about trig I needed to know for the test.

For angles my best advice is elimination first if you can weed out largest and smallest and then go with your gut and don't stare too long because the longer I looked the more the last two angles looked the exact same.
