don't you guys think the PAT got harder than before?
I look at the PAT scores of recent DAT takers and I don't remember seeing anyone getting above 24...I am sure some people are getting +24 though....
but I feel like PAT got harder

when you think all the practice exams are harder than the real exam, only PAT section a lot of people say that the real DAT is harder...

in my case, I thought I will score at least 25 since I was getting 23~25 on the 10 CrackPAT but I only got 23...

I don't know why I am saying this... there is no point I want to make, I just wanted to share my thought 🙂

I got 22, 23, 25, 25, 29 on first five tests of CDP and scored 22 on the actual exam. Got 10 exam version but found it pointless after getting 29, so I stopped doing it. I found it much harder than CDP in many different sections of PAT

I got a 27 on the PAT in June, but talking to a couple friends I think that I got an easy test. I thought that the key holes and pattern folding were ridiculously hard, but that the hole punch and angles were a little easier than crack the pat. And the cube counting and front top end were about the same. I see alot of scores where the AA/TS is in the mid 20s but their PAT is sub 20, Ive heard that a lot of schools don't care as much about the PAT though, do you think this is true?

@Wiredtrix: Yeah I think schools don't care as much attentions as TS or science sections as long as you score a decent grade such as over 20. It's probably second least cared section after QR, as far as I heard from people. Nice scores btw!

I haven't taken it, but my test being in a bit over a week I have looked at a lot of posts. Many people are saying its gotten harder and cdp is not as hard as the actual exam (which gets me worried).

Seems more and more are just not putting too much emphasis on it....or overlook low scores if other sections are strong. Maybe they're just not seeing a correlation in later performance in school.

I've only seen the 2010-2011 school surveys, but listed in order of importance as a 'very important' factor: AA, TS, RC, PAT (TS, RC, and PAT being very close), Bio, OC, GC, QR.
