If you aren't already doing this, I think you should time yourself on each section of the PAT. That way you can increase your speed with the sections that are relatively easier. For me, I was able to go through angles, cube counting, and hole punching averaging 5-6 minutes on each section. This gave me just enough time on the actual exam to go back over the keyholes, TFE, and pattern folding problems that I wasn't 100% sure about. Just like the rest of the DAT, make sure you don't spend too much time on 1 problem. Like many have said before, you are more likely to get an easy problem right when you have the time, versus trying to answer any remaining problem with a limited amount of time. I used Kaplan to sort of introduce me to what each section was about and a few CDP tests to actually find out a method that I liked to use for each section. I probably got lucky when I got a 21 on the DAT last year, but it was manageable. Confidence is key!
