Is there a book only dedicated PAT available out there? If not, what do you recommend for preparing for this section other than Kaplan or Barron's?

Try topscore then. There's also the Acethedat, but I heard this is really bad because they are full of errors (and I mean LOTS). So try practice on the topscore. Also if you took the DAT course from Kaplan, they gave you a CD. In the CD there's two PAT (full length) practice test and a full length DAT test.
