do schools care about the PAT score? Are they even looked at?

EyeAmCommi said:Actually, it is the only indicator or how well a person is going to do in clinic. None of the other sections of the DAT is any good of an indicator. Whether a specific d-school is going to accept that fact is up to them.
howui3 said:I agree, when you look at fillings you need the PAT skills to understand how the 2D image on the X-ray looks like in 3D. The dentists I shadow told me from his experience the PAT section is a good indicator of how well you will do clinically. When he took the DAT he had to carve the chalk and he said that is THE BEST indicator.
