hey guys,
i was wondering if anyone new anything that would help me in perceptual testing. I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to understand it or how to look at that 3-d stuff. i took a practice exam and i did bad on it. I just cant view that stuff in my head. I'm getting really frustrated with it. Does anyone know anyone or anything that is know to be useful in figuring out how to understand the perceptual.

thanks...

Barron's does a good job explaining strategies to use. One thing that took me a while to get was that on top front end and pattern folding it isn't always necessary to be able to mentally picture the entire image and then rotate it in your head. If you can just concentrate on certain areas then you can narrow the choices down.

Look at certain parts on TFE and notice that in a certain spot there has to be a dotted line, for example. In cube counting I started out doing each question individually and counting for each question. I found it is much more effective if you tally up the cubes and then go from there.
