what would a 17 on the Pat be considered as poor, borderline, fair, good

look at the PAT poll in the pre-dent board.

the majority of PAT scores fall b/w 17-19, so its the lower end of average.

17 is fine. one of my fellow classmates has a 15 PAT and he got an interview at Columbia, Boston and Indiana (state resident). i'm sure he rejected more interviews too.

17 is more then fine depending on what your other stats are. i got a 14 on the pat but all other stats were great and i got interviewed and accepted at several schools.

I got a 16 PAT and got accepted to four very good schools!

If your other stats are high, don't worry about it.
