Followup from my previous thread:

Alrite, so if I get a Pharm D and JD degree, how is it hard to get into the business, wouldn't you have job offers when you graduate

btw, what is a patent lawyer?

You would be working for the cartel using your JD more than Pharm D. If you love pushing papers more then counting pills, work for the drug company.
Defend the drug against class action, FDA compliance, ect.

Patent lawyer look at the patent on the drug or process of the drug ect.....
You make more $ as a pharm than patent lawyer on average. 40-50k is the starting salary for lawyers, average is around 70-80k. The top 10% make much more than that.

you can use your pharm D and jd and work as a patent examiner at the USPTO. the pay is low the work is more stressfull than retail pharm.

Most pharm quit less than 4 years, even though it is government job. Its production job. You have certain amount of cases to turn in at the end of the week. They fired you when you dont meed your quota.
