Diagnostic Pathology - online, peer-reviewed journal articles, have to register for access

University of Virginia Pathology tutorials - the study images are restricted to intradepartmental personnel, but the other tutorials can be accessed and are pretty good

SurgPath4U - image database organized by organ system, kinda like a mini-pathoutlines

Breast Pathology on the Web - high quality images to learn for med students and residents that's easy to read, good review for attendings also

For those of us who are just starting to get exposure to the field of pathology, is there a website or something that students can go to in order to see what kinds of things a pathologist can do, etc etc?

The University of Western Australia - Pathology Education and Learning Centre:

healthed.hms.uwa.edu.au/pelc/search.php

Based on the UWA unique collection of over 3500 human pathology specimens and pathology findings in the F.A. Hadley pathology museum. Currently just over 1000 specimens online, many with very high resolution photographs.

It's a module from the University of Western Australia (UWA). Not suspicious, but does not look available to external access.


Just requires simple registration for users external to UWA and clicking the link on the confirmation email.
