Stomach cancer is one of the most common cancers in Europe ranking fifth (Ferlay 1999) after lung, prostate, colorectal and bladder cancers in men and breast, colorectal, lung and cancer of the corpus uteri in women.

Hi,
Some of your questions are really good but some just need to be memorized.
Anyways, its good to carry as much knowledge to the exam as possible but would anybody ask about the "worst prognosis and best prognosis" kind of questions in the exam.? I am sure there are questions about the most common and least common or top five in order etc.
Just curious, did you find this kinda' question in any of the books that we follow.?

I forgot to answer the question:
To me, the best prognosis is for Breast cancer if diagnosed early. (women)
Worst prognosis in men would be Prostrate Cancer.
Usually secondaries are quite common in lungs and that means the prognosis is poor. It all depends at what stage the tumor was discovered.
