biopsy demonstrates epithelial metaplasia. which of the following cell types was most likely observed in the involved areas?
a. ciliated columnar epithelium
b. cuboidal epithelium
c. keratinizing squamous epi
d. nonciliated columnar epi
e. nonkeratinizing squamous epi
ans. is d. explanation is talking about barrett's esophagus. but how was i supposed to know it was that? i thought it was a q about epi. metaplasia in general......
will it be the same if it is talking in general??
q.what reaction has occured if after receiving a tuberculosis vaccine, the area becomes indurated and erythematous?
a. antibidy-dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity
b. local anaphylaxis
c. T-cell mediated cytotoxicity
d. type3 hypersinsitivity
e. type4 hypersensitivity
ans. is e. i can accept that answer... but why not c?
