Did anyone's residency program have a year-end parody night, where residents put together sketches or jokes about either the program, the field, your attendings or the graduating residents? What kind of jokes did you come up with?

Man, nobody does this? I thought this was a time-honored residency tradition.

UTSW has an annual roast during graduation. I won't say anything specific, but there was this one year where one of the chiefs BOMBED big time. Think of the shock and outrage when Ted Danson roasted Whoopi and then multiply that by 100. Since that time, it's been quite boring.

At UW we solved this by having a residents-only roast of the chiefs, which was no holds barred, and a sanitized public roast at the graduation dinner when everyone's beaming parents were there, etc.
