What do you guys think about Patho Secrets? Good for light reading or just a colossal waste of time in M2?

Anatomy recall helped me get through some of the drier sections, but I wasn't doing much at that time anyway, now time is going to be at a premium...

Incase it wasn't patently obvious, I'm gunning for 260 next summer.

I would use time tested resources first. Goljan's rapid review, Pathoma, BRS are your go to sources for review books and if you are hardcore and have time I would even hit up some of the Robbin's resources.
