Did anyone see how the ascp tried to spin our arse kicking we took? Maybe they need to figure out how to increase our leverage by reducing pathologist supply instead of paying off the Clintonistas.

I am done with this disgrace of a professional outfit until they can prove to me they understand how a market works.

I was amused by this. The ASCP is very clearly in the pay of big national reference labs who came out of this totally unscathed (as opposed to 71% cuts they WERE threatened with).

In response to this threat of cuts to their Dark Masters, the ASCP quickly offered to throw Pathologists under the bus even tossing in Prima Nocta rights to any new pathology spouse for all DC bureaucrats!

Everyone should get married in secret until I post the "All Clear" signal.

The CAP will be trying to spin it similarly so that they can try to remain relevant. This was a Killer! We take a 6% cut on revenue (much more on net income) and freaking chiropractors get a 12% raise?????!
