Why lung.? Why can't it be Liver.
In Liver, all blood is mixed in sinusoids and carried to central vein, ain't it.?
because liver has dual blood supply, which gets mixed, and this mixing is physiological
and the defination of shunt is pathological mixing of two kinds of blood which can occur in heart or in lung.
