Pathology after PharmD?

I am asking this on behalf of my cousin, a pharmD student who is graduating in 3 years..

She is interested very much in medical pathology as a future job (dont ask me why she entered pharmD :S).....is it available for her to enter pathology residencies in the US or not? And will she be required to do the USMLEs or there is another route for her?

Nope, you have to have an MD, DO or equivalent degree from some other country, plus USMLE exams which you can't take anyway unless you are a physician student or graduate, to get/start a residency. Quit now and apply to med school.
